I'm Demostene Frangos, I was born in 2005 and, since 2017, I have been playing in Pallacanestro Varese, which is one of the greatest teams of the region of Lombardy (Italy). During these years, I had the chance to partecipate in the following:

Physical structure

My height reaches 194 cm while my wingspan reaches 200 cm. In relation to my teammates my arms are big and the opening of my palm reaches 27 cm. I have long legs and my shoe number is 48. Height: 194 cm / 6’3 Wingspan: 200 cm / 6’5 Palm opening: 27 cm Shoe number: 48

In the court

I am always in the starting five and I play as power forward (four)/ small forward (three) but during the game I tend to play outside the perimeter and only when the team needs points I play in the racket and "post" my opponent. Various coaches have told me that I am a very good defender because I am always ready to help my teammate, if his man gets past him, and I get, despite my height, a lot of rebounds.

My character

From a young age I always wanted to win and this feeling still plays a major role in my basketball "life". When I have a goal, I always achieve it e.g. I managed to be selected among the 12 best players from the 14 best teams of Lombardy in order to take part in the TROFEO DELLE REGIONI (18 to 22 April 2019, Salsomaggiore Terme, Italy) which is the greatest tournament an UNDER 14 can take part in. I also took part in the EYBL CUP (2019-2020) which was held in two phases: in the first phase (28 November -1 December 2019, Levice, Slovakia) and in the second phase (23-26 January 2020, Botevgrad, Bulgaria) where , after the game against Bayern Munchen, I managed to get the trophy of the best player of the team.
